We're currently hiring a part-time warehouse worker to join our team in Arlington. This role will be primarily tasked with helping us fulfill orders and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Packaging and labeling products
Order fulfillment and prepping shipments
Inventory management and use of fulfillment software
Loading and unloading deliveries
General warehouse organization and cleaning
Occasional forklift use (experience a plus)
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to work.
Ability to lift 60 pounds occasionally.
Forklift experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the team.
Schedule: Weekday mornings (part-time) are best. We can be flexible for the right person, but need you here at least three days per week.
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hr, with potential to start at $22–$23/hr based on experience
Raises over time, with potential to reach $25/hr
Opportunities for advancement and full-time employment as we grow. We are considered a small business, but continue to expand. This role could become full-time soon.
